Worlds 2022 Episode 1 - WE'RE BACK!
Welcome back to a video series on the World Hot Air Ballooning Competition in Slovenia in 2022. The previous world championships were cancelled due to the Covid pandemic. It’s been a long 4 years but finally, the time has come to compete in this years competition based in Murska Sobota, northeast Slovenia.
Worlds 2022 Episode 2 - Opening Ceremony & Key Grab
Day 2 at the Worlds in Slovenia where the general briefing, opening ceremony and key grab all happened. This is when the organisers take the time to introduce the pilots to everyone as well as the welcoming everyone from all nations to the competition. With a fun key grab where anyone who gets the key gets to keep a prize boat.
Worlds 2022 Episode 3 - Flights 1 & 2
The competition begins with flights 1 and 2 kicking off the worlds with a bang as some of the toughest competitors aim for the number 1 spot on the podium.
Worlds 2022 Episode 4 - Flights 3 & 4
This episode has our pilots flying a two task morning and a one task evening and we see how they find the Slovenian winds testing of their skill.
